Ibrahim Starova (auch Ibrahim Temo; * 1865 in Struga als Ibrahim Ethem Sojliu; † 5. August 1945 in ConstanΘ›a) war ein osmanischer Politiker albanischer Herkunft.

Starova und vier andere osmanische Intellektuelle (darunter Abdullah Cevdet) grΓΌndeten 1899 in der militΓ€rmedizinischen Akademie in Istanbul die Geheimorganisation Δ°ttihad-Δ± Osmani Cemiyeti (spΓ€ter das Komitee fΓΌr Einheit und Fortschritt).cite-ref-gawrych-1-0[1] Dieses Komitee war die treibende Kraft hinter der JungtΓΌrkischen Revolution 1908 gegen den Herrscher AbdΓΌlhamid den Zweiten.

Starova war Mitglied der Gesellschaft fΓΌr Druck albanischer Schriften (albanisch ShoqΓ«ri e tΓ« shtypuri shkronja shqip).cite-ref-gawrych-1-1[1] Sein Bruder Nuri Sojliu war Mitunterzeichner der albanischen UnabhΓ€ngigkeitserklΓ€rung.

Die Mittelschule in seinem Geburtsort Struga ist nach Ibrahim Temo benannt.
